Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Delivering service in best practice service delivery model to achieve SLA and enhance customer satisfaction

Developing strong customer relationships and networks effectively to ensure service excellence

Transforming and growing the business for further profitable service revenue

Advise on system automation for the improvement of business workflow
-
Provide training to the team to ensure efficient workflow

Build internal and external relationships
Requirements:
-
Bachelor Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
-
At least 5 years or above experience in all rounded IT infrastructure support, from user support to back end support with supervisory function
-
Good communication and organization skills, positive leadership skills and attitude
-
Responsible, self-motivated, work independently under pressure with tight deadlines
-
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
-
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role Assistance Service Manager.
