Job Description
eGateway Global Ltd. operates a variety of online retail channels for a wide range of retail products for consumers in North America, UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. We specialize in sourcing, distribution and retail marketing for all our products. Our team consists of approx. 80 people spread across Asia and North America. Our headquarter based in Hong Kong. We are a young and vibrant company that is rapidly growing.
We are now looking for a passionate and self-driven person to join our team in Hong Kong.
As a IT Support Technician you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services;
- Monitor, maintain, and perform regular test on IT equipment and server
- Responsible for network equipment installation and configuration;
- Assist in managing hardware and software inventories;
- Perform system administration and management;
- Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required.
What we are looking for:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above;
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support is an advantage;
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application;
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology;
- Independent, hardworking, mature and able to work under pressure;
- Self-motivated, quick response , strong problem solving and analytical skills;
- Good written and spoken English and Cantonese.
