Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the infrastructure operations of IT and facilities to meet the organization needs, quality and compliance standards
• Prepare and deploy departmental policies, operation procedures and standards
• Perform regular audit to ensure IT policies and standards are properly deployedand followed
• Perform routine network administration, trouble-shooting, system administration and configuration
• Monitor the operations of network and system equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion detection, servers, backup, network traffic and e-mail gateways
• Liaise with vendors for maintenance, technical and fault report issues
• MS-SQL Server administration and support
• Provide security, risk assessment related technical support and services, including identifying system vulnerabilities and performing security administrative work
• Implement general security control, access control, audit logs, review and security scanning
• Assist in the outsourced security risk assessment and audits
• Provide technical support and assistance in IT network and system administration
• Patriciate in application implementation projects
• Provide end-user supports and training
• Inventory management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Ability to exhibit leadership behaviors which support the business and technology goals through strong problem management and analytical thinking
• Holder of MCSE, CCNA and related professional certificates preferred
• At least 5 years or above relevant experience in LAN/WAN network system implementation, server administration, trouble-shooting and user support
• Solid experience in TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, Exchange, Firewall, Router, Terminal and Citrix Server, MS-SQL Server
• Experience in security risk assessment, audit, intrusion prevention, vulnerability scanning, e-mail, data security and web application security
• Good interpersonal, communication skills, dynamic and versatile
• Excellent supervisory skill and a good team player who is self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skill, and must be able to perform work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
• Traveling is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Infrastructure Manager
