IT Infrastructure Manager / Infrastructure architect

Formulate the IT Strategy of infrastructure service for the company. Deliver a scalable, innovative, high available network and systems infrastructure to support enterprise applications, collaboration in line with the business and IT strategy for all operation companies in the Greater China region.

繚         Formulate IT infrastructure and architecture strategy covering fixed and mobile network for voice/video/data, communications and collaboration, cloud computing platform, server, storage and virtualization, IP telephony, mobility platform for the Greater Region.

繚         Select, evaluate, recommend, adopt technologies, tools, to support the delivery of infrastructure strategy, support new business and systems initiatives, improve the scalability, performance, cost effectiveness & efficiency of the infrastructure, communications, and architecture; manage technology life-cycle.

繚         Oversee infrastructure project lifecycle, including planning & budgeting, requirement analysis, design, installation, quality assurance, commissioning, troubleshooting; ensure the corresponding technology and services are delivered in good quality, meet requirements, within budget and timeline.

繚         Define standards, guidelines, manuals, script documentations on infrastructure & architecture for central site and all operating companies.

繚         Secure internal/external/remote network, systems, end user devices, safeguard data/information security in data center sites of all companies for internal/external access of employee, customers, and partners; ensure audit and IT/IS policy compliance.

繚         Lead infrastructure & architecture team to deliver infrastructure projects, quality level three technical support, build comprehensive manual of architecture design and implementation guideline to provide professional consultancy advice and troubleshooting support to technical/ operations/solutions team; monitor the performance and KPIs.

繚         Lead, coach, motivate and develop a high performing infrastructure team, including training and career planning.

Senior System Engineer/ System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Administrate the corporate systems and provide technical supports to end-users.
• Perform evaluation, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of resources including OS, hardware & software
• Support focus on Windows or Linux / Unix or Virtualization and ensure System & Data Security smooth
• Prepare technical documentation & User Manual
• Assist in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holders or above in IT related disciplines
• 1- 2 years relevant working experience in IT industry in Microsoft platform (Windows Server)
• Prefer experience on Unix and Linux platform but not a must
• Knowledge of Server and Desktop Virtualization platform (VMware, Citrix), Storage System (NAS, SAN) & inter-networking (switch & firewall) is preferred
• Websphere / MQ support will be for Senior System Specialist
• Certificate Holders of MCSE / MCITP / LPI / ITIL would be advantage
• Good working attitude with strong problem solving, communication & inter-personal skill
• Fresh Graduate / Less experience will consider as System Engineer
  
• More experience will consider as Senior System Specialist / Consultant position

Senior Network Engineer/ Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform duty for operating managed network service for Cisco network equipment
• Carry out service provisioning, fault isolation, record fault symptom and prepare report
• Manage change request and help desk activity Providing effective and quality IT professional service
• Deliver security and network infrastructure projects
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time and project goals are achieved
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System, Telecommunications or related disciplines
• 1- 2 years relevant working experience in IT industry
• Solid experience on Switch, Router, Firewall, LAN/WAN
• Experience in Core network CS/PS/EPC technologies is preferred
• Certificate Holders of CCNA/CCNP/CCSE/CCSA would be advantage
• On-job training will be provided for CISCO certification
• Fresh graduate / Less experience will be consider as Junior Engineer /NOC Engineer
  
• More experience will consider as Network Specialist / Consultant
• Will presales experince as Solution Consultant / IT Project Manager

   

(Senior / Junior) Technical Support (inhouse) 

 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily backup of various systems, reports generation and distribution
• Conduct daily operation tasks such as support call handling, network equipment monitoring, batch processing and emergency support as assigned by superior
• Assist  in the installation of the terminal front end software

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  
• Minimum 2 year’s experience in IT technical support role
  
• Experience in PC setup, Microsoft products, email system and mobile support, helpdesk support / back office operations
• Basic networking knowledge
• Excellent customer service attitude and team player
• Co-operative, good sense of responsibility

Project Engineer / Trainee

Duties:

Helping to follow IT projects on schedule, status, meeting and coordinating with different parties to ensure project delivery

Preparing technical documentation, procedures and meeting minutes Requirements:

Excellent written English and communication skills

Good IT knowledge and familiar with project lifecycle /IT terminology

Higher diploma or above

Database Administrator

 Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for Oracle/MSSQL/DB2/MySQL databases. He/She will be working on database design, installation, configuration, performance tuning and on-going maintenance.

Requirement

Degree in IT/Engineering or related disciplines with 2 to 4 years relevant experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in Oracle/MSSQL/DB2/MySQL Database Administration

• Holder of OCA/OCP/IBM DB2 certification is preferred

• Hands-on experience in database installation, backup & recovery, performance monitoring & tuning

• Knowledge in database HA/DR solutions (RAC/Dataguard/HADR) is an advantage

• Knowledge in System Administration and Backup tools administration (IBM Tivoli Storage Manager, Symantec Netbackup, etc) is an advantage

• A team player with analytical and problem solving mind, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills

• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese. Good communication skill on Putonghua is an advantage

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Database Administrator

Helpdesk / Deskside / Operator (Many), one year relevant experience (PC Support/ Helpdesk /Windows/ Linux), fresh graduate also considered, if fluent English, salary upto 29K
