Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of company’s IT systems.
• Ensure all software development activities are planned and executed to properly address business objectives and requirements derived from end-user impact analysis, risk analysis, change management controls, quality management.
• Ensure all software development activities are planned and executed to meet budget, time and quality constraints.
• Design, implement, monitor and review all IT infrastructure systems and network.
• Review, update and formulate related IT security measures, policies and guidelines.
• Provide efficient and effective 7x24 technical support to highly secure and mission critical systems.
• Lead a support team for end-to-end troubleshooting.
• Manage IT assets and facilities including hardware, software and services.
• Plan and execute business continuity requirements.
• Ensure company IT policies and controls are in-line with industry standards and are properly implemented.
• To undertake any other activity as required / requested by company’s top management.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
• Over 10 years of hands-on technical experience managing software development and integration projects.
• Strong experience in installation, maintenance, tuning, security of Microsoft Servers (Windows server 2008 & 2012) AND Linux server infrastructures background.
• Solid troubleshooting skills dealing with system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Strong experience in networking technologies including CDN Architecture, WAN/LAN Architectures, Switching, VPN, VMWare and Firewall.
• Demonstrated knowledge in both software application and infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of load balancing and video content distribution applications.
• Strong experience in online gaming industry is a must.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Ability to travel on very short notice.
