1) Project manager (Java)

Duty

The successful candidate will be responsible for the managing large scale application development projects in Public Sectors.  He / She will be involved in the overall project management of the system analysis and design stage and the system implementation and integration stage, covering the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

 Requirement

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Minimum 11 years experience in IT profession with minimum 5 years experience in project management;
• Possesses certification in PRINCE 2 or PMP;
• Possessing technical knowledge of JavaEE and / or .Net will be a definite advantage
• Knowledgeable in managing projects using Agile Methodology will be an added advantage;

2    Project Manager (Delivery-Banking environment)

Responsibilities:

• Owns the overall service and day-to-day customer care in the provision of those services. Manage the production service providers to improve service performance where the delivered service is not meeting SLA or customer’s required levels.
• Act as point of contact to interface with multiple stakeholders including our Client, internal service teams, system vendors on regular basis
• Maintain and monitor the service level requirement and standard performed by the service providers, handle client’s requirement and issues management.
• Perform high level problem management and to escalate and liaise with other service teams to get appropriate support and resources in dealing with problems/risks
• Conduct monthly report and service review, trend and root cause analysis, identify and lead continuous improvement plan for the Client

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in service delivery, IT service desk operation and critical support environment, and data center management. Strong operational process management expertise in ITIL and or other operation frameworks

3.     System Analyst/Analyst Programmer (Java)

• Knowledgeable and experienced in systems analysis, design and implementation, especially for Government projects;
• Possess technical knowledge in Web application using J2EE or .Net technology;

Responsibilities:

• Develop  applications with C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and web technologies

• Collaborate with project managers, UX designers, app developers and quality assurance to deliver projects for clients in various industries

 5.   System Analyst/Analyst Programmer (Mobile/Mobilefirst)

Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for application development and enhancement of application systems for Public Sector.  He / She will be involved in collecting user requirements, system analysis and design, system development and testing covering the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Qualification 

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 9 years experience in IT profession with a minimum of 5 year experience in design and implementation of mobile applications;
• Knowledgeable and experienced in systems analysis, design and implementation, especially for Government projects;
• Experience in mobile application development using Native and / or Hybrid technologies;
• Possess technical knowledge such as Android, IOS, Swift, React Native, Ionic Framework, Cordova etc
• Familiar in working under virtual team environment, adopting best practices of Global Delivery Model;
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese;

6)  Analyst Programmer ( EDI/WMS/Web)

Responsibilities:

• Large scale WMS, inventory and distribution system development, implementation and support
• Project implementation, business analysis and process streamlining
• Training and best practice management

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science or Supply Chain Management with 5 years of experience
• Strong business domain knowledge in Integrated Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution, eCommerce
• Hands on experience in large scale WMS & EDI setup, implementation and support
• Knowledge in IoT / Node.js / Angular.js / Golang / React Native / MySQL / MongoDB / PostgreSQL
• Excellent communication skills with good business acumen
• Fresh graduate will also be considered as Programmer (Graduate IT Trainee)

 7) System Engineer (Window)  

Role and Responsibilities

• Receive and unpackage the hardware deliveries
• Securely store all hardware deliveries
• Removal of packaging and waste materials
• Perform Asset Inventory Management in accordance with Client’s instructions, including the use of Client’s inventory systems and compliance with processes
• Build and deploy desktops, monitors and peripherals
• Communicate with end-users in accordance with Client’s instructions
• Perform incident management to support newly migrated users on Windows 10 and Office 2016 in accordance with Client’s instructions, including the use of Client’s ticketing systems and processes
• Contribute to Win10 knowledgebase and support procedures
• Adhere to existing migration approach and provide feedback and recommendations as appropriate
• Prepare the hardware being replaced for decommissioning and disposal in accordance with Client’s instructions

Skills\Experience

• 2-5 years windows desktop support experience in similar environment
• Bilingual language skills preferred (spoken and written, in English and Cantonese)

8.)  Technical Specialist (Midrange-Backup) - Commercial

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Midrange systems are operating in a stable and effective environment to meet with all Services Level Agreement
• Perform regular upgrade and update for all Midrange software to ensure adequate support
• Implement technical projects to fulfil Atos and customer standards and requirements
• Study and accept new application systems, provide recommendations from operational point of view and assist the customer systems development section on system design and establishment
• Perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendations to improve the production batch window
• Update regularly on software inventory and maintain up-to-date local system configuration
• Collect system performance information and generate performance reports
• Provide 7 x 24 support in conjunction with other services supporting parties, deliver technical support and day-to-day services to meet with customer requirements and Services Level Agreement
• Take problem ownership and follow up through problem escalation procedure for all critical problems
• Ensure day-to-day change requirements from customer are implemented in a timely and professional manner 

Requirements:

 9  Technical Specialist (WebLogic / Tomcat - Middleware) - Commercial

The Job

• Perform technical support including installation, configuration and product patching / upgrade on various middleware products
• Work on the design and implementation of middleware services for internal and external projects
• Provide application deployment, production support, monitoring, problem diagnostics and performance tuning of middleware services to internal and external projects
• Perform night emergency call support when necessary

The Person

• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years??experience in Oracle WebLogic Server / Tomcat
• Experience in Apache / IBM HTTP Server / IBM WebSphere Application Server / IBM WebSphere MQ / JBoss / Microsoft IIS is preferred
• Holder of Oracle WebLogic Server certification / IBM WebSphere Application Server is an advantage

10.   Technical Specialist (Network) - commercial

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Network Technical Competence Centre operates and supports complex client networks in the APAC region. The candidate is required to:Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructures

• Responsible for the level 1-3 support including first line diagnosis, resolution and root cause analysis of network related problems
• Implement network changes in accordance with the change of management process
• Support project implementation which includes network equipment installation & configuration, platform interaction, project management and end users
• Support network infrastructure components including but not limited to router, switches, firewall, load balancer, proxy server, VPN, Infoblox, ACS, WLC etc.
• Utilize network management systems/software and appropriate analyzers to collect network load statistics, model performance, and create reports
• Work on assignments in areas including automation, product evaluation, tool development etc.
• Provide on-call support to network incidents during non-office hours

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, telecommunications, or IT related disciplines
• At least 3 years solid working experience on complex network operations and/or maintenance preferably in a regional banking and finance environment
• Certified CCIE is preferred, but CCNP is a must
• Experience in working in data centre LAN infrastructure environment
• Knowledge of popular brands of routers/switches, firewalls and other networking devices such as VPN, load balancers, etc.
