Provide the first level hardware and software helping desk support, managing the system backup and storage process and maintaining the security of network and system.  

Duties:

• Responsible for system operation and support
• Conducting a regularly scheduled check of server
• Providing first level hardware and software helping desk support
• Managing system backup (Veeam / EMC DataDomain & IBM Tape Library) and storage process
• Maintaining system and network security to prevent unauthorized access
• Installing and configuring all user software 
• Responsible for IT asset administration

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science or IT or above; Holder of MCSE, CCNA is an advantage
• At least 5 years relevant experience in IT field is required
• Relevant experience in network management and devices (Windows NT, MS Exchange, Oracle, MS SQL, Firewall(Fortinet), Experienced in SAN infrastructure products (SAN & NAS), Data backup restoration, Fortinet WI-FI Management, Installing and configuring all network device, e.g. (Switch (H3C and HP) )
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills 

Work Location: TYTL108RP, Sai Tso Wan Road, Tsing Yi Island (Free shuttle bus is provided)
