Job Description
Summary:
We are currently seeking talented candidates as a Technical Support (Junior) to our team. The position will be responsible for routine technical support. The candidate will be considering as a Project Engineer or Technical Support Officer according to their working experiences and qualification.
Job Description:
- Provide level 2 technical support, desktop support
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT software and hardware
- Support on Windows operating systems and networking
- To work closely with the Customers’ IT team to ensure the smooth running of operations in order to support the main business function
- To handle ad-hoc IT projects from time-to-time
- Carry out computer inventory and health check
- Follow up, as well as, close all the incidents/issues/requests accordingly.
Job Requirement:
- F.5 or above
- 1 year working experience on IT Services or Engineering would be advantage
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP maintenance and troubleshooting
- Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem solving
- Fresh graduates with good attitude will also be considered
- On-work training will be provided for less experienced candidates
