Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a Technical Consultant to provide technical analysis, design, development, implementation and support for Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions for our customers, who are mostly foreign multinational companies in Asia
• Focusing on development, enhancement and customization of the Human Resource Management (HRM) modules on Microsoft Dynamics AX solution
• Maintain and upgrade the HRM solution based on latest statutory requirements
• Work very closely with our local and regional team of professional Application and Technical Consultants
• Ability to analyze client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet client’s requirements and objectives.
• Design and development of new functionality and modifications to existing functionality within the Microsoft Dynamics solution to program specification
• Develop and customize system reports
• Test and QA developments
• Perform first tier troubleshooting and problem resolving
• Able to isolate IT related problem and escalate to next level support when required
• Perform other consulting and support related duties as assigned
• Assist in the preparation of service estimates and project plans
• Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or Tectura
• To maintain, review and improve the internal standards and systems used within Tectura
• Ensure time sheets are entered accurately on a timely basis

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
• Experience in programming development is preferred (applicant with less experience will be considered as Associate Consultant)
• Knowledge/ experience in Microsoft .NET, VB, C#, C++, Java or web programming
• Good presentation, writing, and oral skills
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Independent, outgoing and self-initiative
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics solution design and development is an absolute advantage
• Experience in HRM solution development is preferred
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
