Job Description

Job Purpose:

Oversee the planning and implementation of the HRIS system--SAP Success Factors for all PG regions (Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Indonesia).

Work with implementation partners and configure SAP Success Factors to address the needs of the business. Identify key HR priority in different markets, facilitate design process, develop road map, lead project meetings, and status update meetings to ensure full implementation of the HRIS system and its post-implementation evaluation. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day details of project launch, system configuration/implementation, and change management
  • Manage the relationship with the implementation partner and coordinate with internal departments in all regions (Human Resources and IT Department)
  • Maintain project budget, milestone identification, and ensure deliverables are met according to agreed timeline and standard
  • Collaborate with Human Resources colleagues to recommend and implement process improvements, enhancements, solutions and procedural changes
  • Supervise the data migration process from existing system to SAP Success Factors
  • Provide training to all HR and non-HR users in all regions
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, with relevant background in HRIS project management
  • Experience in managing in-house HRIS system implementation; process and systems mapping and diagnosis; identifying, implementing and configuring automated tools and processes
  • Knowledge in China labour law will be an advantage; well-versed in English and Mandarin
  • Exceptional organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to build consensus and maintain trusting relationships
  • Solid critical thinking and problem solving skills; sound judgment and desire for innovation
  • Able to see the big picture but still detailed and task-driven; ability to work with limited to moderate guidance, and to complete assignments within timeline
