Job Description
Our Client is a Telecom Company with around 1000 users. In the past few years they keep expanding their IT team to fulfil their business need and they are looking for an IT infrastructure manager for their Infrastructure team direct report to the Head of IT. You will lead a 20 people IT infrastructure team include windows engineers, unix engineers, database administrators, network engineers and IT security specialist teams responsible for all rounded in-house IT infrastructure support and projects management such as network implementation project and data centers migration projects.
Duties:
- Manage the IT infrastructure team to maintain and the existing IT infrastructure and data centers.
- Vendors management experience to make sure the vendors follow the SLA to deliver all of the infrastructure projects on time and within budget
- Cooperate with the application team and build-up a suitable infrastructure platform for all of the in-house applications.
- Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions
Requirements:
- University graduate in IT or related discipline
- Telecom IT infrastructure team management experience is a MUST
- Tier-3 network and linux server support experience
- 5 years + big scale IT infrastructure project/team management experience
- China Project and Enterprise Network experience is a big plus
- MCSE/MCP/LPI/CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/CISA/CISSP/PMP/ITIL or other related certifications holder is a plus
- Able to adopt the latest technologies in the market
- Good communication skills in Mandarin is a big plus
- Good analytical, interpersonal and writing skills
