Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administrate the corporate ICT infrastructure & provide technical supports to end-users.
- Perform evaluation, purchasing, installation, configuration, administration & troubleshooting of ICT resources including hardware & software
- Ensure System & Data Security
- Ensure High Availability & Business Continuity of the internal systems, including backup plan, disaster recovery plan & execution
- Prepare technical documentation & User Manual
- Assist in ad hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- Applicants should be Degree holders in IT related disciplines
- At least 3 years solid experience in System Administration & Technical Support
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft platform (Windows Server, Exchange Server, SharePoint Server), database server (SQL Server , Oracle) & Linux platform
- Knowledge of Server and Desktop Virtualization platform (VMware, Citrix), Storage System (NAS, SAN) & inter-networking (Cisco switch & firewall) is preferred
- Experience in environmental monitoring & facility management of server room or data center is an advantage
- MCSE / MCITP / LPI / CCNA / ITIL is a plus
- Proficiency in writing concise document
- Strong desire in learning new technology
- Good working attitude with strong problem solving, communication & inter-personal skill
