Responsibility:

Focus on voice/collaboration and customer-centric applications & solutions

Cross-platform system proof-of-concept setup, implementation and support

Provide quality implementation and support services to customers

Activities include customer requirement analysis, implementation planning, system configuration, scripting and setup, fault isolation

Participate in new solutions development

Requirement:

University graduate or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related disciplines, with 1 years experiences in data, voice, collaboration or media related field

Technical background on voice/collaboration-related or customer-centric solutions is a plus

Self-motivated and interested to explore new technologies and solutions

Solid knowledge and experience on any of the following domains: Collaboration, Voice, Video, Contact Centre, Voice Recording, Mobility, Virtualization (e.g. VMWare, Citrix), CRM, Cloud services is a plus

Knowledge in Avaya, Genesys solution is a plus

A good team-player with strong analytical and logical thinking

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Mandarin is a plus

Fresh graduates are welcome

Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Solution Engineer
