Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate & assist in on-going in-house ERP, Web applications and Mobile Apps developments

• Conduct feasibility studies on cutting-edge technology and transform business driven technology into business solutions.

• Act as Product Owner in a Scrum team for project management and assure good quality project deliverables on a timely basis
• Analyze business data and provide timely business insights to management
• Establish standards & best practices for business workflows which align with the corporate policies and strategies
• Conduct testing, user training and prepare documentation

• Provide consultation & daily business applications support to end-users

Requirements:

• Applicants should be Degree holders in Business Administration, Information System or Computer Science related discipline
• 3-5 years working experience in application system development or data analysis.
• Candidates with less working experience will also be considered in the post of “Junior Business Analyst”. 
• Experience in ERP systems, familiar with the modules of General Ledger, AP, AR, Sales & Purchase, Inventory Management, etc.  Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV & Yonyou is preferred, but not a must.
• Basic Accounting concept with experience in corporate financial reporting.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skill
• Good working attitude with strong communication & inter-personal skill

• Hands-on experience in Scrum/Agile is preferred.
• Good analytical skills with knowledge in Business Intelligence, Data Mining and Big Data Analysis.  Better with hands-on experience in Power BI or QlikView.
• Knowledge in SQL, RDBMS is essential.  Basic programming skill is preferred.
