Job Description
My client is a fast growing securities firm. They are looking for a helpdesk support for their expending IT team. You will be the one responsible for helpdesk support and new office set-up project to fulfill their business growth. You will also responsible for solution design and vendor management.
Job Description
- Responsible for IT daily operation and maintenance for users
- Monitoring of system and network operation and be able to identify and react to failures
- Consider all of the IT related problem for office renovation project
- Participate in IT project planning and implementation
- Operate various kinds of computer equipment and associated peripherals such as printers and maintain their operating conditions
- General user support and assist in 7x24 phone supports to internal and external parties
- Assist in incident logging and reporting
- Handle ad hoc assignments as requested
Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in computer operation and helpdesk support
- Financial Services IT support experience is a plus
- Windows OS/Mac, printer and CCTV support
- IOS/Android mobile support
- Experience in securities trading and market data facilities such as BSS, OG, Bloomberg, ET-Net, AMS/3, CCASS, DCASS etc
- Knowledge in administration of domain, Exchange email, Firewall and AD
- Native Mandarin is a must
