Responsibilities 

• Provide on-call support to end-users for IT related issues and requests;
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot end-user workstations (PC and Mac) and other related hardware and software;
• Provide support for in-house applications such as Intranet Portal, ERP System applications, etc.;
• Responsible for ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Information Technology / Computer Studies or related disciplines
•  At least 3 years relevant experience in sizeable organizations.
• Holder of Microsoft and related professional certificates is preferred;
• Immediate available preferred.
• Willing to work on night shift rotation duties (12:30p.m. - 09:30p.m.)
• Working Location: Tuen Mun/ Tsuen Wan
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant System Engineer
