We, Freshup Group Limited, are looking for high calibrated Senior/ Field Service Engineer supporting our vending service.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing on-site service of smart vending system by implementing preventive maintenance service, repairs and upgrade
• Ensure product and service quality achievement
• Application software support
• Installation and system integration of IoT, AI and HMI (Human Machine Interface) related peripherals
• Coordinate with sales and other technical services
• Handle Ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

• Preferable having Bachelor's degree in in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• With more than 2 years related experiences in field service supporting
• Preferably relevant working experience with MCU embedded system, Android or Linux based network system for industrial applications
• Knowledge in UAT, POS is a plus
• Good command in Cantonese & English are essential
• Mature, self-initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently
• Work may requires lifting machines and parts
