Responsibilities:

• To work closely with all parties to understand the business processes, user requirements and software solution design
• Responsible for providing training and support of Enterprise Applications to global internal and external users
• To assist the software and project team in software deployment
• To conduct testing with users and collect feedback
• To act as the key bridge between users and technical teams
• To provide users and customers with the best support and care service
• To take ownership on issues and delegate responsibilities to IT teams
• To work closely with the technical teams to prioritize the change requests
• To analyze and identify areas of improvement based on support issues and user feedback

Requirements:

• University degree in Information Systems or related disciplines
• 5-7 years or above user management and application support experience
• Knowledge with project implementation and support; technical experience would be an advantage
• Strong business sense; understanding of apparel and sourcing business a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, training and presentation skills
• Good documentation skills and experience with defining process
• Team player with positive attitude
• Customer and service oriented
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both spoken and written English; good command of Mandarin
