Responsibilities: 

• Enforce IT policies and procedures; document work appropriately
• Support IT hardware, ensuring faulty equipment, such as laptops/desktops, mobile devices, and printers are repaired and maintained.
• Troubleshoot a variety of computer issues, network connectivity, and hardware/software issues
• Assist with wireless and wired networking, and video conference systems and presentation systems as required
• Remove malware and install security software to protect various systems
• Analyze and recover user PC when malfunction occurs
• Support applications: Microsoft product / IBM Lotus Notes / ERP / Cloud product and web application.
• Maintain the centralized asset register, organizing/updating asset entries, as well as any other inventory lists the team maintains.
• Assist with the logging and disposal of end of life equipment.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Computer related diploma certificate preferred
• At least 5 years’ working experience in internal IT support. Garments industry is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, quick response, strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Professional computer certificate (e.g. MCSE / CCNA) is an advantage
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology;
• Responsible, able to work independently and with positive attitude
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Excellent communication skills and social skills and service-minded
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
