Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow change control management procedures; understand and employ best practices for configuration, infrastructure, and environmental changes
- Shape and determine the future IT Service strategy based on IT Service Management international best practice within an ITIL framework
- Manage the IT System Operations and program deployment
- Liaise and work closely between various departments to support the overall business goal
- Ensure the operations deliverable are completed consistently and on time so as to meet quality standards
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Information System or related disciplines
- 4-5 years relevant working experience in IT support
- Holder of certification of ITIL or PMP will be a big advantage
- Experience in the administration of Windows AD and Linux platform is preferred
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- The position will start at a 1-year contract with very high possibility to renew
- Immediate available is highly preferred
