Job Duties:

• Formulate solution and services delivery in desk-side service, asset management, networking and infrastructure areas to the customers
• Participate in pre-sales activities to provide advices to clients
• Involve in full engagement life cycle including pre-sales through to project delivery, as well as attending to project issues and up-keeping customer satisfaction proactively
• Collaborate with vendor, internal team and business partners for the business proposal, presentation & demo, project implementation and support
  
  

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience in system implementation and desk-side support
• Knowledge on mobility solution product, patch management, desk-side technology and solution (including ITAM solution, Apple product)
• Demonstrated ability in providing Pre-Sales, implementation and customer services
• Strong problem solving, analytical, communication, presentation and consultative skills and able to work independently
• Good teamwork, interpersonal and customer-relations skills
• Initiative, customer-focused, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
