Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- To answer queries raised by end-users on general PCs problems
- To install hardware and software of PCs
- To troubleshoot end user PCs
- To provide technical support and advice to users in using PCs
- To participate in testing of PCs hardware and software
- To assist in procurement processes of IT products and services
- To provide IT support in various departmental events
- To arrange the redeployment and loan of PCs
Job Requirements:
- Secondary Graduate, Higher Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
- Experience in Windows support, hardware/software support
- Experience in on-site preparation is an advantage
- Knowledge in Email platform (Outlook, MS Exchange, Lotus Notes) is a plus
- Min. 3-5 years working experience in IT related field
- Good communications skill and self-motivated
