Responsibilities:

• Perform reception duties including handling telephone calls and greeting guests in a professional manner;
• Provide secretarial support and assistance to the management;
• Distribute incoming mails, and arrange postage and courier deliveries;
• Arrange conference room reservations and scheduling;
• Provide general administrative support, including maintenance of office equipment, stationery ordering and pantry supplies, etc
• Occasional outdoor work;
• Assist other ad hoc projects as assigned by management

The person:

• Form 7 or above with minimum 2-year experience in administrative functions is preferred
• Mature, Responsible, detail-minded, self-initiative and willing to learn
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills especially in MS Office
