Responsibilities:

• Management of IT infrastructure operations, all network hardware, routers, switches, servers.
• Work closely with Vendors and contractors to secure products and services
• Work with cross functional team on IT projects from beginning to end, submit proposals, budget, scope, and implementation
• Manage websites with updates, patches, API integrations
• Assist Managers and execute system development projects according to SDLC procedures
• Support post-implementation, maintenance and fixing
• Handle and support Production Incident
• Update project status on regular basis
• Work closely with business users, Data Centre, Infrastructure Support team, and external vendors for project progressing

Requirements:

• Experience and proficiency with Windows platforms
• Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 3+ years relevant experience in related sector
• Comprehensive knowledge and skill of programming in ASP.net, MS SQL Server
• In-depth knowledge and sound practices on project management and SDLC standards and applies them consistently and persistently
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, team player, can work independently and under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Travel on request
