Location: Kowloon East
 

Requirements :-

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or IT related disciplines
• At least 5 years' experience in IT technical / deskside support
• Knowledge in Windows AD, DNS, FTP, TCP / IP, POP3, SMTP & SNMP
• Experience in supporting Wi-fi, AV Video Conferencing, network switch & router
• Good computer knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word-processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediately Available is highly preferred

Responsibilities :-

• Perform hardware installation, configuration or maintenance, including PC, notebook, Mac, server, printer and other computer peripheral devices
• Conduct software installation, configuration or maintenance including MS-Office, Outlook, Windows, Mac, Adobe products, Mcafee and other office applications
• Compile all aspects of computer use with the company policy
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties
