Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshoot for retail shops and office.
Assist for server and network equipment installation, configuration and maintenance.
Perform any other IT related assignments.

Requirements:

Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline
1 year of relevant experience in IT supporting role
Familiar with Microsoft office, windows server and network equipment
Good sense of Organization, Communication and Work independence
Able to command in English and Chinese
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Cheerful and approachable attitude is a must
