Join an international consumer goods company in Hong Kong.  A brand new role for 2018.  You will be working in an established team to support all internal applications and take lead in the system support.

Responsibilities

• Application support and troubleshoot various internal application systems.
• Customising, enhancing and maintaining application systems.
• Communicate with users and developers for project & production systems support activities.
• Gather user requirements analysis and system documentation preparation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and training.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science or IT related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role.
• Practical experience in C#.NET, ASP.NET, VBA, MS SQL, SharePoint, O365
• Prior work in developing and supporting web applications (CRM, sales and marketing) and knowledgeable on mobile applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Open to some business travel.
