Duties:

• Assist Project Manager in delivery of work done on time in high quality fulfilling professional standard at minimum cost and in a safe manner;
• Be accountable for system implementation and involve in related activities from tag testing, program set-up, installation, training, maintenance, and recordation;
• Study, test, familiarize with company's devices and systems;
• Interface with end users providing with technical services, such as call/email inquiries, remote support, on-site trouble shooting, and handling failure of devices;
• Identify root causes of users' complaints, and follow up system upgrade cycles;
• Collaborate with clients, site contacts, vendors and in-house cross functional teams for smooth process in system deployment and order fulfillment;
• Prepare engineering documentation, including specifications, technical reports, deployment plans, implementation schedules, and slides of system summary, etc.

Criteria:

• Degree in Computer Science, or Engineering related disciplines;
• At least 2 years of solid working experience, preferably in SDLC or construction related;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Willing to occasionally travel to local construction sites and PRC factories;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
