• Establish the Information Security framework for the company

Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop and implement IT security policies, procedures and guidelines
• Provide leadership to ensure security issues are addressed effectively
• Provide security design throughout the project life cycle and be accountable for security solution integrity
• Engage in identifying, understanding, and addressing security considerations across business units
• Analyze and evaluate security trends, vulnerabilities and provide ongoing feedback
• Investigate and report on security threats and incidents; conduct post-event reviews of security incidents
• Manage and cooperate with external IT services providers (i.e. IT audit activities)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience in IT field within information security and technology risk area
• Holder of IT Security certifications such as CISSP/ CISA/ CISM 
• Proven experience in leading IT and Security projects
• Deep understand of identity and access management, application security, network security, data leakage prevention and incident management and ability to apply
• Demonstrate advanced problem solving and decision-making skills and has the ability to coach/mentor others in this competency
• Good command of Chinese and English
