Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, DNS, Firewall/VPN
• Ensure the network infrastructure are operating in a stable and effective manner 
• As a project manager to liaison with vendors/system integrators in solution evaluation and project implementation 
• Assist IT Manager to create and maintain the enterprise IT policy documents including policies and guidelines 
• Explore and introduce emerging information technologies and practices relevant to the company
• Establish the best practice to monitor and maintain the enterprise infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Information Systems or Computer Science 
• Holder of CCNP or above and ITIL/PMP qualification is an advantage
• 8 years' IT working experience in sizeable firm and at least 3 years in similar role
• Hands-on experience in support and troubleshooting in sizable routing and switching network, able to work with vendor independently to deal with infrastructure emergency
• Familiar with Cisco router/switch, Ruckus Wifi, Checkpoint/Fortigate firewalls and WAN optimization solutions
• Good knowledge in LAN/WAN design and protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, DLSW, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
• Knowledge of Avaya IPT & Polycom MCU is an advantage
• Experience and skills in liaison with third-party vendors and project management
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua
• Need to provide support in non-office hour when necessary
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as System Specialist
