Job Description

The Vice President - Marketing is responsible to lead and manage all aspects of marketing that enable the sales team to achieve the revenue targets and also work closely with various functions in supporting company’s key initiatives. The candidate in this role will plan, design, deliver and execute market leading campaigns driving demand and general market awareness for SUNeVision and its key solutions into the target market segments globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Well understand the business plan and key metrics in order to develop marketing strategy and plan to drive revenue growth and brand awareness globally
  • Plan, maintain, and own the marketing budget
  • Innovate programs from inception to delivery: research field needs, get input from sales and product teams then define program and success measurements, ensure alignment with the management team, deliver all aspects of the program, manage lead/list work for import to CRM system, track results, report success measures to team, apply lessons learned to next program
  • To increase awareness in target markets hence to grow both prospect and customer contacts in targeted segments
  • Develop nurture programs to increase and accelerate the quality of leads. Execution of highly targeted lead generation campaigns, utilizing a mix of online and offline techniques to generate leads (acquisition and conversion) and nurturing prospects (engagement)
  • Work closely with sales team to foster deeper partnerships with our key customers and prospects (e.g. Ultra-scale players). This includes identifying gaps in key personas and contact information within accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts. Devise multi-channel campaigns to engage these target personas and drive them down our lead acquisition funnel
  • Develops and owns executive relationships within key customers and prospects
  • Directly manage the global research consulting agency, as well as in-country marketing agencies, and ensure that agency management, selection and scope is aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Participate and present in targeted events and conferences to increase company awareness
  • Provide timely reporting of key marketing metrics and present to stakeholders when necessary. Provide monthly report for business review and quarterly ROI reports on all activity metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder with 10+years of relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in B2B direct marketing at both a strategic and tactical levels
  • Demand generation experience, including inbound and outbound marketing with demonstrated lead, pipeline and revenue growth in a B2B environment
  • Account based marketing experience
  • Ability to execute an integrated go-to-market strategy and proven capability of delivering campaign ROI
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems
  • Agency management experience - creative, media, research, telemarketing, etc
  • IT Industry experience; preferably have worked for a data center or telecom service provider
  • Budget Management
  • Strong written skills, verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, producing accurate and creative work
  • Fluent communication in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

Work Location : Office will move from Chai Wan to Kwun Tong by end of year 2018
