Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage stability, resilience and security of IT application systems;
• Act as a point of contact to business and operations for support and maintenance;
• Collaborate with Development and Project teams about application development and service transition;
• Establish and maintain process/procedure documentation, application inventory and support CMDB;
• Support ITSM (incident/problem/change) and its governance for continuous improvement;
• Recommend and implement support operation best practice;
• Work closely with users for communication, process adherent and requirement;
• Develop teamwork and motivate staff to deliver excellent IT services;
• Provide training to IT and users when necessary;
• Track and run regular IT performance report.

Requirements

• 4 years+ on application support and able to prove to take lead and manage;
• Experience in financial industry is preferred but not mandated;
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field;
• Able to switch between hands-on ground level or supervise when necessary;
• Proven experience on C#, C++, Java, SQL;
• Experience in Linux / Windows server administration and VMWare;
• Understanding of software operational readiness requirements;
• Proven knowledge and experience in SDLC, ITIL and ITSM Tools e.g. ServiceNow;
• Self-motivated, independent, diligent and able to work under pressure and overtime to execute projects;
• Good spoken Cantonese & Mandarin and English.
