The Role:

• Attend to IT hotline, route and follow up services call (Level 1 support), handle simple users requests such as equipment loan and 3rd parties vendor calls, coordinate user creation process, perform administration tasks
• Provide end-user technical suport and problem resolution
• Perform day-to day administration tasks for IT department
• Achieve high customer satisfaction by meeting SLA standards
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties
  
  

Our Requirements:

• Working experience in handling hotline service preferred
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and especially MS Outlook
• Independent, responsible and customer-oriented
• Attention to details, can adhere to standard procedures
• Good command of Cantonese, English and knowledge of Mandarin preferred
