Responsibilities:

• Reporting to COO, accountable for all aspects of security and safety in data center operations
• Accountable for the implementation of effective control systems and measures in safeguarding the security, integrity, accessibility, safety and data privacy within the data center operations
• Leading the design, development, implementation, training and certification acquisition of relevant credentials which are crucial to put the Company data center operations in the forefront of industry, including ISO20000, ISO27001, ISO14000, PCI DSS, SOC and etc
• Institutionalizing the implemented control systems and measures across all data centers through effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders
• Accountable for the data centers' ongoing compliance of implemented control systems and measures in meeting clients’ service level requirements
• Accountable for continuous improvement of the control systems and measures in support of the Company’s business growth and future operation needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of related experience in Data Centre operations with business risk / compliance / audit experience
• Accreditation of best-in-class operation management disciplines
• Good understanding to and enforcement of Data Centre or Technology industry best practice 
• Detailed knowledge of control processes and best practice in relevant controls
• Ability to identify and analyze risks and develop effective and efficient strategies to manage risks
• Fluent communication in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

Work Location : Office will move from Chai Wan to Kwun Tong by end of year 2018
