Job Requirements: 

- Higher diploma or above in computer studies or related disciplines

- One year or above relevant experience in technical support and network management

- Good knowledge in firewall and switch configuration.

- Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows

- Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure

- Holder of CCNA is preferred

Working Scope:

- Resolve users issue on timely manner 

- System and network monitoring and troubleshooting

- Maintain technical support documentations

- Provide technical support and assistance to internal users
