POSITION SUMMARY:

As the DX Strategic Operations Leader, you’ll be responsible for aligning our work to the strategic priorities of the company’s Digital Transformation portfolio and for giving the organization and key stakeholders total visibility into our status, progress, and performance. You’ll challenge others, and yourself, to improve every day. You’ll play a critical role in transforming how we deliver digital services to our customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Understand and anticipate the strategic direction of the broader DX organization
• Translate organizational priorities into a strategic roadmap, including measurable success metrics / key performance indicators
• Collaborate with product managers to decompose the strategic roadmap into one or more product roadmaps
• Ensure the organization and key stakeholders have total visibility into our status, progress, and performance through the creative use of “information radiators”
• Develop and maintain a strategy deployment framework

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in a strategy and/or operations role
• Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS

Education:

• Degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent work or training experience

• Expertise in defining and executing strategic plans across a large organization
• A thoughtful, adaptive, and positive mindset
