Responsibilities:

• Identify the needs and perform various kinds of analysis for business partners of different departments with the whole process including,
  
• Data extraction
• Data Transformation
  
• Models development
• Result Interpretation
• Drawing insights
• Communicating the results with partners
• Drive ideas for analytical opportunities and involve in enhancement of the team’s analytical capability continuously
• Involve in the Business Intelligence Tool management including dashboard building, enhancement and maintenance
• Prepare regular reports and provide partners with insights to support the business decisions
• Manage the documentation of data structure to ensure the data accuracy and consistency of various systems
• Involve in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, MIS, Business Administration or other equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant experience in data/business analysis or related fields preferably gained from retail industry
• Proficient in using Excel, Access and other analytical tools e.g. Alteryx, Python, SAS or SPSS. Experience in business intelligence tool (Qilkview) is definitely an advantage
• Experience in CRM analytics is preferred
• Strong data analytical skill and able to present findings effectively to business partners
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with business partners at different levels
