Key Responsibilities

• Provide PC, email and network support to internal users
• Configure, install, upgrade, test and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers and network equipment such as switch/router/firewall/proxy server
• Monitor and maintain healthiness of Exchange server and other application systems
• Identify potential problems proactively, track and implement solutions
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisors

Who we are looking for

• Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information System or related disciplines
• Min 1 years' experience in providing helpdesk support / back office operations
• Broad technical knowledge on general office desktop applications
• Solid experience on Layer 2/3 Switch, Router, Firewall products is an advantage
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new technology
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
