Job Duties:

• Perform IT administration, operation and documentation 
• Provide end-user PC supports 
• Install and upgrade of desktop and server hardware and software 
• Maintain I.T. hardware and software inventories 
• Perform daily health check on network and servers 
• Ad-hoc project assigned by team head 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines 
• 2 years working experience 
• Experience in VMware and Windows Server 2008-2016 
• Knowledge in networking peripherals configuration such as router, firewall and PABX 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Strong troubleshooting skill 
• Good knowledge in network infrastructure such as VPN, IEPL, PABX 
• Customer oriented, good senses of responsibilities and self-motivation. 
• Good command of English and Mandarin 
• Experience in garment industry is an advantage
