- To provide on-site technical support to production system environment (primarily mid to high-end servers and other storage devices)
- To provide support services on problem isolation and fixing
- To handle and troubleshoot on customers technical enquires especially for VIP customers
- To perform service and workstation installation and configuration
- To provide top-notch service to our customer to ensure 100% customer loyalty
- To provide guidance to junior staff on technical issue
- Understand and practice pro-active service methodology
Job Requirement
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- Possess at least 3 yearsof working experience in Windows/Linux System Administration, system/data backup and restore, trouble shooting of hardware and software problem, patch installation, software upgrade
- Possess of MCSE / MCITP certificate
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently to meet project deadlines with minimal supervision
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
