Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via troubleshooting, remote support and deskside support on applications, hardware and network issues
• Provide preliminary troubleshooting and problem diagnosis
• Provide quality end-user/client servicing skills to resolve technical issues
• Work with external vendors for technical support, projects and IT inventory procurement
• Prepare and maintain technical documentations

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in information technology, computer science or other related disciplines
• 1-2 years of experience working as an IT support, helpdesk, desktop, or other relevant roles
• Solid understanding in Windows, PC, basic network knowledge, firewall and router
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, work proactive and willing to learn new technology
• Able to work under pressure, good communication skill, cooperative, good team work and able to work independently
• Knowledge in server diagnosis and health checking would be an advantage
• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Immediately available is preferred
