Job Description
Role: The Business Analyst is part of the of the Services & Operations team, presenting the technical aspects of how the Group’s products and services meet the Customers’ needs and solve their specific problems. He/she performs technical presentations and collects business and IT requirements required for the solution implementation. This includes business and data mapping, analyze the different configuration options and propose the optimal scenarios. He/she is responsible for ensuring efficient and successful implementation.
Duties: ® Relay the sales team for implementation ensure efficient and implementation success ® Works with the client project team to kick-off, process and data mapping, revise requirements gathering, produces gaps analysis, and prepares the implementation by configuration and/working with the development team to ensure timely delivery of the project. ® Utilizes his/her tech knowledge with sales acumen to identify opportunities for new business and ensure the growth of existing accounts; ® Collaborates as part of the sales team, Channel Manager, Customer success, Service & Operations, Development and Support to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address Customers’ needs, and are appropriately supported by key prospects’ and Customers’ technical decision-makers; ® Proactively identifies information gaps (prospects, Customer sand project details), and scopes the technical solution required to address Customers’ requirements; ® Assesses Customers’ met and unmet needs, recommends solutions that optimize value for both the Customers and the Group; ® Documents assumptions and finalizes scope and requirements; ® Assists with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for prospects and Customers; ® Delivers presentations and articulates features, functions, and benefits of the Group’s products and services; ® Internally recommends enhancements, extensions, modifications, etc. to the Group’s products and services to better respond to market & Customer’s demands and needs;
Skills & Requirements: üA Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in software engineering or information systems; ü5+ years of sales or sales engineering experience in a B2B, strategic Customer segment; üA record of achievement and technical solution expertise in sales; üProven technology skills; üOutstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills; üAptitude in delivering attractive and convincing presentations; üAptitude in analysis, quotation, specification writing, etc.; üExcellent communication and negotiation skills; üStrong problem-solving capabilities üPositive, Customer and service-oriented mindset; üWillingness to travel; üEnglish proficiency is a must. üChinese or knowledge of other languages is an asset. |
