Executive Summary:

Our client is one of the largest law firm in Asia - hiring over 2000 lawyers in 25 locations around the world. Hong Kong being one of the biggest office in Asia with strong IT resources.

The role is to develop new reports & customizations based on the business requirements of the firm.  The main report development tool will be MS SSRS and the prime development skills are XML and .Net.

The role provides the opportunity to extend your report development skills working with a team of talented professionals on a large and challenging project. The role will be key to the success of the project.

Major Responsibilities:

• Timely design and development of new customizations and reports.
• Collaborative and respectful working relationship with your colleagues and peers.
• Effective verbal and written communication with team members and members of other teams.
• Design and develop customizations and reports that meet the business requirements.
• QA and testing of developed components to ensure product quality
• Communicate progress and issues to the project manager, the team leader and other team members as appropriate.

Key Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Computer Science or relevant
• At least 3-5 years of experience in MS SSRS and the prime development skills are XML and .Net.
• Proven experience with SQL Server database and tools.
• Solid experience with MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• XML programming skills
• Experience working on medium / large project teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Pro-active, solution-oriented, analytic approach to problems.
• Strong focus on quality.
• Strong work ethic.
• Experience working for a professional services firm preferred
