Responsibilities: 

• Work across business units to ensure the development and delivery of solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders from project inception through completion
• Develop project schedules, coordinates project status meetings, manages resources throughout the project life cycle
• Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively
• Assist users on UAT test plan, schedule and cases preparation
• Assist in UAT execution and problem diagnosis
• Prepare training materials, conduct training and assist in matters related to system implementation
• Be the lead to look after system support & maintenance & negotiate with other parties, including IT, business users and vendors
• Maintain positive relationship with internal customers
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder in Computer Science or IT related discipline
• Experience in system launch arrangement including test case preparation, training and production cut-over arrangement
• Experience in liaison and preparation of user, functional & system requirements documentations
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Well organized, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to learn
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
• Exposure in F&B industry is definitely an advantage
