The Client

Our client, a leading group in Technology industry, is seeking for a Sales Manager to cope with our rapid expansion.to promote ICT products and integrated solutions in specific market segment. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the whole selling cycle include lead generation, identify requirement, proposal preparation and presentation and contract negotiation.

The Role

• Promote and sell a wide range of ICT products and integrated solutions in assigned segment
• Work closely with account managers/ product managers and external partners to provide proposals for customers
• Define and implement the sales strategy plan, work closely with product marketing
• Follow up activities to acquire and win new business
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPI’s
• Maintain excellent customer relationship and satisfaction

Qualifications

• 6-8 years’ or above solid sales / account management experience in managing corporate clients, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Good knowledge of ICT Products/ Solutions,
• Excellent selling, interpersonal and communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
