Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Asia Pacific office for application roll out , infrastructure roadmap, IT policy review and monitor service desk level
- Coordinate projects, scheduling and planning for APAC , make sure aligned with US headquarter policy
- Review internal users' needs, work with external vendor for system development / enhancement
- Analyse business processes, identify technical risks, and provide resolution for bug fixing or enhancement
- Ensure service desk level, able to work on ad hoc support
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
- 5 years' experience in application roll out/service delivery, experience in US company will be a PLUS
- Hands on experience with MAC product
-Proactive & energetic, excellent interpersonal skills, team-player, good leadership
- Excellent communication skills in English
