Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for server, network and telephone system maintenance and trouble shooting
- Provide technical support for internal users, including PC hardware and software installation and trouble shooting
- Keep proper records on all maintenance and IT management files
- Co-ordinate with service consultants on server, network, IT equipment and telephone system support and maintenance
- Generate reports for Management assessment
- Assist Management for other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
- 2 -3 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting
- Experience in administrating Microsoft Windows 2003/2016 Server, Web Server and Firewall preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Windows 7
- Experience in network security such Firewall setting, VPN, Intruder Detection, Anti-Virus and Anti-Spamming, etc
- Knowledge with Linux will be added advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good senses of responsibilities and self motivation
- Energetic, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available
