Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote/on-the-field technical support (hardware and software)
- Computer installation, update and configuration
- Server monitoring
- Monitoring security/network device
- Network settings, data backup and repair
- Internal system maintenance and monitoring
- Ad hoc administration related jobs
Requirement:
- Secondary school graduates or above
- Possess MCSA and CCNA certificates
- 2 years relevant working experiences
