Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement change requests from customers
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems and cooperate with vendors in fault resolution when necessary
• Provide daily report and regular progress updates
• Coach and mentor Support Engineers through providing guidance and assistance in issue resolution
• Partner with Platform Engineers to build and execute customer and implementation projects
• 24x7 on-call duty is required

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related disciplines
• Professional certificates in Microsoft, Linux, VMware (e.g. MCP, MCSE, LPI, VCP) preferred
• At least 3 years of solid experience in ISP/ICT industries
• Hands on experience in Windows Servers, Linux and VMware
• Knowledge of NAS, SAN, Computer hardware, LDAP, DNS, Email, Radius, Web Server, Firewall, Switching, Routing and Virtual technology
• Skills on Unix shell script or Perl is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin preferred
