Job Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales & post-sales IT support to key accounts
• Provide IT system or solution implementation service
• Provide IT helpdesk support and onsite technical support services to end users and corporate customers
• Diagnose and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues
• Nurture and maintain networking and relationship with strategic business partners
• Coordinate with internal parties and business units to fulfill commitment on resource allocation
• Communicate with customers to define requirements. Write detailed requirement documents , proposals, etc
• Answer enquiries from internal and external sales/customers
• Liaise with vendors for order acknowledgement, acceptance, provision scheduling, feedback and update provisioning progress to the related systems.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree, Major in Computer Science / Information Engineering /Electrical Engineering and related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT project and support
• Experience in Windows Server (AD, File & Print, Exchange) and Linux Servers
• Experience in Virtualization (VMware and HyperV)
• Experience in IBM Lotus Notes, Endpoint solution (SEP, LANDesk) is an advantage
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous result-orientedand able to work under pressure
• Work well with sales & technical teams to achieve targets
• Reliable, independent, well-organized and dynamic to cope with fast-paced environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
